Delivery

Shipping is fast and your order is carefully prepared in a very secure manner.

For Metropolitan France:

The works are shipped upon receipt of your payment in a secure package with tracking number.

The delivery time is 48 hours and the shipping costs are free.

​

For other countries:

The delivery of works is done all over the world. Usually the delivery time is 72 hours.

If you live outside the European Union , customs duties or import VAT may be requested.

It is advisable to contact the customs of your country to verify this point.

Shipping methods:

Delivery is by colissimo followed with La Poste insurance. The packages are secure for works of art and the paintings are insured by the painter.

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail so that you can follow the delivery of your package.

​

The packaging is very neat and the works very well protected: the artist pays a lot of attention to the packaging of the works for optimal delivery in complete safety.

Each painting is individually wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it, then in double corrugated cardboard with kraft paper.

Return

Satisfied or refunded!

 

If the painting you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return the work within 14 days in its original packaging, from the date of receipt of your order.

Please note that the costs of return and insurance of the value of the artwork are your responsibility.

 

The price of the painting will be refunded to you via the same initial payment method.
